Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to every building sold by Brush Prairie Sheds, an authorized Old Hickory Buildings dealer, in the United States.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Buildings are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded after delivery, whether the building is defective or not, including change of mind.

Damage at delivery

Inspect the building with the driver and note any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing. Damage noted at delivery is repaired or replaced at no charge.

Cancellations before delivery

You may cancel or change an order any time before delivery. A non-refundable fee applies:

Cash sale, up to 12 ft wide: 10% of the building price
Cash sale, wider than 12 ft: 20% of the building price
Build-on-site order: up to 50% of the building price
Rent-to-own: security deposit plus first month's rent

Anything paid above the fee is refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Warranty

After delivery, defects are covered by the Old Hickory Buildings limited warranty.
